Please read the following terms carefully before placing a commission. Ordering means you accept them.
I work as a digital and 3D artist creating custom illustrations and character designs. All pieces are delivered digitally as high-resolution PNG or JPG files.
Commissions can be requested via Discord, Telegram, or email.
A detailed description and reference images are needed where possible, unless you're requesting a character design, in which case no reference is required.
Work begins only once every detail has been confirmed and payment, or the deposit, has been received.
Payment methods: bank transfer or Revolut.
Payment can be made in full upfront, or as a 50% deposit.
Final files are only delivered once the full amount has been received.
Payments already made are generally non-refundable, unless the work cannot be completed on my end.
Turnaround depends on the complexity of the project and the current queue.
It typically ranges from a few days to a few weeks.
If there's a significant delay, I'll let you know.
Minor revisions during the sketch stage are free.
Larger changes, or changes requested after approval, may carry an extra fee.
NSFW or sexual content
Extreme or offensive content
Illegal or hateful subject matter
Direct copies of other artists' work
Clients are granted personal use of the finished artwork.
I retain the copyright to all completed pieces.
I may showcase finished work in my portfolio, on social media, or on my website, unless otherwise agreed.
Commercial use is only permitted with prior agreement.
You may cancel an order before the sketch stage begins.
Once work has started, a partial or full refund is not guaranteed.
If I'm unable to complete the work, you'll receive a proportional refund.
